Payment, Cancellations and Rescheduling
Upon making a booking, your treatment time and treatment preparations are reserved and prepared especially for you.
As a courtesy to all guests, treatments will be completed as scheduled. Therefore arriving late will affect your treatment time.
It is understandable that plans can sometimes change. Notification of cancellation or rescheduling received less than 24 hours from the time of your booking will incur the full charge of your treatment. To avoid cancellation or rescheduling fees, please give more than 24 hours notice prior to the time of your booking.
If you are staying at the Cradle Mountain Hotel, payment for your booking can be made on the day of your treatment, or any time prior if you wish. Any applicable cancellation or rescheduling fees will be charged to your room. If you are not a guest of the Cradle Mountain Hotel, full payment is required for your treatment when first making your booking. There will be no refund if cancellation or rescheduling notification is received less than 24 hours from the time of your booking. If a refund is in order, there will be a fee of 10% of your total treatment cost.
