Spa Etiquette

Spa Etiquette at Cradle Mountain Massage

Please arrive a minimum of ten minutes early for your appointment to relax and allow consultation time with your therapist to customise your experience to match your goals.

Please silence your mobile phone whilst within the Spa area.

If you usually wear expensive jewellery, for safety reasons please consider not bringing it to your treatment session as you will be required to remove it. There are no locker facilities for personal belongings at the Spa.

It is important that you advise us of any sensitivities, allergies or health concerns that may affect your treatment choices.

If you are pregnant, or think you may be, please let us know upon making your booking. We are unable to offer treatments during the first trimester of your pregnancy. However, we do cater for mums-to-be from the second trimester onward.

In consideration for the therapist and all guests of the Spa, do not have a massage or treatment if you are sick or even slightly unwell.

Please know that the therapeutic oils used during your treatment are of benefit to you long after the massage, if left on your body without showering afterward. Know that you are draped at all times during your treatment for your privacy and modesty. Client’s and therapist’s boundaries are always respected.

As a courtesy to all guests, treatments will be completed as scheduled. Therefore arriving late will affect your treatment time.
